The website www.puregiftcard.com is an online marketplace where customers may buy and sell Gift Cards for a number of popular retailers at a discounted price.

Before you use this website you must read these terms and conditions carefully. If there is something in these terms and conditions that you do not agree with, then you may not use this website.

Services

In order to access all the services on www.puregiftcard.com including both buying and selling gift cards then all customers will need to create an account on the website for which they will create their own individual username and password.

Customers will be responsible for remembering their username and password information and they may not share this information with any third parties. Customers will be responsible for all activity which takes place on their account and if they suspect that someone has broken into their account or managed to get hold of their password then they are to contact customer services as soon as possible.

Buying Gift Cards

In order to buy discounted Gift Cards on www.puregiftcard.com then customers will need to follow these steps:

1. Create an account and/or sign-in to their account.
2. Visit the Buy Gift Card page and select the Gift Cards that they want to buy by adding these to their shopping cart.
3. Proceed to the checkout once they have selected the Gift Cards they wish to purchase.
4. At the checkout they will be informed of the order total which will be the outstanding balance.
5. Customers must make the payment by entering their card information which is then processed by a secure third-party payment provider (for more information please see our privacy policy).
6. Once the payment has been processed then the Gift Cards will be emailed to the inbox of the email address which has been used to set up the account.
7. Once payment has been approved you will see: Delsol_PureGC as your billing descriptor.

Selling Gift Cards

In order to sell Gift Cards on www.puregiftcard.com then customers will need to follow these steps:

1. Create an account and/or sign-in to their account.
2. Visit the Sell Gift Card page and fill in the form.
3. Customers need to provide information including the name of the retailer as well as the value of the Gift Card.
4. Once the customer has provided the information they will be contacted with an offer which they can accept or reject.
5. If the customer decides to accept the offer then they will be asked to provide their payment information and send the Gift Card.
6. Once the Gift Card has been received then the payment will be made directly into the account provided by the customer.

With regards to selling Gift Cards customers must please note the following:

1. We will not accept or sell on any fraudulent gift cards.
2. If you are suspected to be selling fraudulent gift cards then your account may be terminated immediately and without prior warning.
3. We will not be able to accept gift cards which are out of date or that have an expiry which is due to expire soon – if you intend to sell a gift card with an expiry then we will only be able to accept this if it has at least a year remaining on its expiry date.
4. We deal exclusively in digital gift cards and will not be able to accept any gift cards which are hard copy only.

Refunds

Refunds will only be accepted in very limited circumstances and these include the following:

1. If the Gift Card that you have been sent is faulty.
2. If the Gift Card you have been sent is the wrong one.
3. If the Gift Card you have been sent has a different value to the value which has been stated.

We take the upmost care and importance in checking all of the Gift Cards that we sell thoroughly, so it is unlikely that any of the above will happen. In the unfortunate event that you believe you have received a Gift Card which meets any of these criteria then please get in touch with a member of the customer services team who will look into this for you as soon as possible.

Please note we are not able to accept refund requests after seven days of you receiving the product.

Delivery Times

We always plan to send out all of our orders for Gift Cards within 48 hours. As all of the products that we deal with are digital, then this should arrive in your inbox immediately but some larger orders may take longer to process.

In the event that it has been more than 48 hours since you placed an order then please get in touch with us and someone will look into this for you as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability

The website www.puregiftcard.com excludes all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that apply to this website and the content that is found here. The company owners shall not be liable to customers for any loss or damage or breach of statutory duty. In particular the company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, any other indirect or consequential loss or damage. Neither party will be liable for any loss or damage from any delay of failure to supply any of the products due to any circumstances beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event) provided that the affected party informs the other party as soon as is practically possible.
